Building got cheap. Knowing what to build didn’t. A coding agent builds for a default user unless someone tells it who the real one is.
Today the new MindBacklog turns on for everyone, built around that one job: keep what your users said, rank the problems they have, hand your coding agent the why, and check after launch whether it worked. It is now six places with one loop through them: Today, Learn, Build, Market, Ask Mind and Grow.
One loop, from what they said to whether it worked
- Learn. Drop in threads, transcripts and CSVs. Problems rank by who has them.
- Decide. Praise never counts as proof. Every call keeps its reason.
- Build. Your agent pulls the Build Pack: the why, the metric, the must-haves.
- Launch. Mind drafts a note to each person who asked. You send it.
- Check. Your prediction against what happened. You decide what it means.
What each place does
Today
One next move every day, with its why. Where you are on the way to product-market fit, what has to be true to move on, and a monthly check-in.
Learn
Drop anything: a thread, a transcript, a CSV. Every piece of feedback is sorted into problems ranked by who has them, with the quotes behind each. Under 30 pieces of feedback, Mind says “Not ranked” instead of guessing.
Build
Your coding agent pulls the Build Pack: why it matters, who it’s for, the metric, and the must-haves with acceptance criteria. Initiatives put the why above your features, with a prediction written before you build and one timeline across every initiative and its features.
Market
Watch a competitor and Mind reads everything it can find about them: site, pricing, help center, changelog, status page and app reviews. Every read is dated and sourced, and if it isn’t in their docs, Mind says so.
Ask Mind
Ask about the page you’re on, and Mind shows its steps and sources. When your data has nothing on a question, Mind says so, and what would change the answer.
Grow
PMF health by segment, revenue and retention, read-only from your own Stripe. Under the threshold it says “Not enough data” instead of a verdict.
The Build Pack: what your coding agent receives
A Build Pack is one document per feature. It says why the feature matters, who it’s for, the metric, and the must-haves with acceptance criteria. Every section names its source, and the only numbers are counts. It also says what’s already broken and what already exists.
Copy it for Claude Code or Cursor, paste a short prompt into Lovable, or let your agent pull it over MCP on the Growth and Scale plans. Read a sample Build Pack for a made-up product.
An AI that says what it doesn’t know
AI tools tend to agree with the person typing. Where your data is thin, Mind says so. You will see lines like these:
- “Not ranked”, under 30 pieces of feedback.
- “Not found in what we read of their docs”, about a competitor, with the date.
- “Nothing in your data on this yet”, and what would change the answer.
- “Not enough data”, instead of a verdict on a small segment.
Praise never counts as evidence either. A belief moves up the evidence ladder only when someone does something: describes a past pain, asks for access, gives time, makes an intro, or pays.
What we keep, and what we never do
- Your coding agent writes the product map. MindBacklog never reads your code.
- A Build Pack never carries a customer’s name, email, company, plan or revenue.
- Your data is never used to train AI models. Learning across customers is off.
- Every request to our AI gateway asks for providers that keep no data.
The full list, including what isn’t confirmed yet, is on the security page.

Pricing
From $14.99 per seat a month billed yearly (Starter $14.99, Growth $24.99, Scale $39.99), or $17.99, $29.99 and $47.99 billed monthly. 14-day trial, no card. Viewers are free. Compare the plans.
Where to start
Start with one product and the feedback you already have. Drop in a thread or a CSV and see what Problems ranks first. Then pick one feature and hand its Build Pack to your coding agent.
Start your 14-day trial, no card needed, or read how it works first. Questions go to the help center or [email protected].
