Build Pack

The spec your coding agent can build from.

Why it matters, who it's for, the metric, and the must-haves with acceptance criteria. Every section names its source.

14 days free. No card needed.

Sample workspace
A feature page with its evidence grade, who asked, why it exists and the Build Pack tab

Three ways in

Copy, paste, or let the agent pull it.

  • Claude Code or Cursor: copy the pack, paste it into the session.
  • Lovable: paste the short prompt, under 180 words.
  • Over MCP: your agent pulls the current pack. Growth and Scale.

Connecting your AI tools

Sample workspace
The Build Pack tab: Copy for Claude Code, Copy for Cursor, Copy for Lovable, and the MCP tool name
Product map

Your agent writes the map.

Ask your coding agent to map your product. Every pack then says what exists, where the work fits and what it touches. MindBacklog never reads your code.

The product map

Stories and publish check

Ready means it has criteria.

A story is Ready only when it has acceptance criteria. Before you publish, the check lists what changed from your commit titles.

Questions

Questions about the Build Pack

Something else? Search the help center or email us.

Which coding agents can use a Build Pack?

Copy it for Claude Code or Cursor, paste the short prompt into Lovable, or let your agent pull it over MCP on Growth and Scale.

Does MindBacklog read my code to write it?

No. Your coding agent writes the product map. MindBacklog never reads your code.

Can my agent follow instructions hidden in a customer quote?

Quoted text is fenced as data, so a coding agent does not follow instructions inside it. The pack says so in its first line.

Does it cost AI credits?

No. Copying a pack is free, and your AI tools over MCP make no AI calls.

Give your coding agent the why.

Start with one feature. Pull its Build Pack. See what changes.
