MindBacklog ("we," "our," or "us") operates a subscription-based product management platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments are handled, including our no-refund stance, the free trial period, and your right to cancel at any time.
By subscribing to any MindBacklog plan, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Every MindBacklog subscription plan includes a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan — giving you time to evaluate whether MindBacklog is the right fit for your team.
No payment is charged during the trial. If you decide MindBacklog isn't right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you won't be billed.
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase — no questions asked.
If you are not satisfied with MindBacklog after subscribing, you have 14 days from the date of your initial purchase to request a full refund. This right applies to your first subscription payment only.
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
After the 14-day refund window, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
We provide both a 14-day free trial and a 14-day refund window specifically so you can evaluate the platform thoroughly before committing. We encourage you to take full advantage of both periods.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date or payment date. Cancellation ensures you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Founding Members receive a 50% lifetime discount that remains active for as long as the subscription is maintained. Please note:
All payments for MindBacklog are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

All purchases are subject to Paddle's Consumer Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this policy and Paddle's terms, Paddle's terms shall prevail.
