You pay per billable seat in your organization. When you invite a new team member, their seat is automatically added to your subscription. Admins can right-size seats to remove unused ones and reduce costs. Viewers don't count as billable seats.

AI credits are consumed when you use AI features — feedback clustering, feature scoring, story generation, context analysis, and Ask Mind conversations. Each plan includes generous per-user monthly allowances that reset every billing cycle. Normal usage will never exhaust your credits.

Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale at any time, and you'll only pay the prorated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your billing cycle. Founding Members keep their 50% discount when switching plans.

Yes. Switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to save ~17%. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual period.
