Everything your users told you, in their words.
Drop anything: a thread, a transcript, a CSV. Mind shows where it'll go before filing it, and keeps every piece in their words.
14 days free. No card needed.

One way in, for everything you'd otherwise lose.
Open it from the top bar, press ⌘D, or drag text or a file onto any page. Mind works out what it is and shows a plan before filing anything.
- Messages. One or many, split into pieces, each one person's own words.
- A transcript. Their lines kept, yours left out, once you confirm consent.
- A CSV. Pick the column people wrote in. Every row with text becomes feedback.

Their words first. Then Mind's read.
One row is one piece, in their words exactly as written. Under them sits Mind's read, never in quote marks, so you can always tell the two apart.
Up to three pieces wait at the top, because they want something only you can give. Someone asks to pay, for access or for a meeting, or a paying customer has a complaint or a bug. Mind can draft a reply. You send it.
- To confirm
- What Mind filed in the last 14 days that nobody has confirmed.
- This week
- Everything since Monday, with pieces Mind hasn't read yet on top.
- No problem yet
- Kept pieces filed under no problem, where new problems start.
- All kept
- Everything Mind read and kept, with search, filters and grouping by problem, source, person or area.
- Ignored
- What you or Mind set aside, each with its reason, never counted toward a problem.
Wherever your users talk to you.
Every source in one list, with what it found, kept and ignored this week. Tools connect in Settings › Connections; Sources never holds credentials.
Forms, widget, portal, email
Your site's widget, web forms, the public portal and an inbound address. Typeform and Tally answers arrive by signed webhook, one piece per answer.
Slack and app reviews
Anyone in your Slack sends a message as feedback with /mb. MindBacklog never reads your channels on its own. App Store and Google Play reviews arrive too.
Old notes, once
Import Notion pages or Google Drive files one time. Mind proposes where each goes, you correct it, and the connection closes.
What leaves your workspace, and what never does
From here, feedback becomes problems ranked by your users, each person who wrote in lands in People, and a transcript becomes a conversation with consent. For the whole loop in a small team, see the page for product teams.
Can I paste a Reddit or Facebook thread?
Yes. Drop it in and say where it is from. Public threads are shown as context and never count toward a problem's rank. Your users rank first.
Does Mind see my customers' names?
Mind's AI gets a key like C-12, never a name or email from People; words people wrote reach it as written. Viewers in your workspace see no emails, customer ids or revenue.
What if Mind files something in the wrong place?
Move it, file it under another problem, or correct the area and who it is from. Mind reads the next pieces with your correction. Every change shows Undo for 24 hours, and an ignored piece can be restored for 90 days.
Does MindBacklog read my Slack channels?
No. It sees only what someone sends it with the /mb command or the Send to MindBacklog shortcut, in the channels you picked.
Does it send the replies it drafts?
No. When someone asks to pay, asks for access or reports a bug, Mind can draft a reply. You send it from your own mail app.
Drop the thread you were about to lose.
Paste it in. Mind shows where each piece will go before it files anything.
