SECURITY CHECKLIST confirm each yourself

  • No secrets, keys or tokens in client code, logs or the repository.
  • Every new endpoint checks the signed-in user's workspace before reading or writing (no cross-workspace access).
  • Inputs are validated on the server, not only in the browser.
  • Card details never touch your servers; use the payment provider's hosted fields or page.
  • Webhooks are verified with the provider's signature before anything changes.
  • Amounts are computed on the server; the browser never decides what is charged.

MindBacklog's checklist (matched on tag 'payments'); confirm each yourself

How to read it

Six things every pack does

Fences other people's words

The first line marks text from documents and customers as data, so your agent doesn't follow instructions hidden in a quote or a bug title.

Names every source

Each section says where it came from and when that source was last edited. A draft PRD reads as a draft.

Counts, never people

Feedback appears as counts by channel and short quotes labelled by channel only, with names, companies and contact details taken out.

Carries what's broken

The feature's open bugs by key, title and status, so your agent knows what's already broken, not only what to build.

Says "not recorded"

When the workspace has no answer, the pack says so (Target: TBD) rather than inventing one. Your agent asks, or you fill it in.

Grows with your map

Once your agent maps your product, each pack adds what already exists, where the work fits and what it touches.

Privacy

What a pack never carries

What we keep and why
  • No customer details

A Build Pack never carries a customer's name, email, company, plan or revenue.

  • No code read

Your coding agent writes the product map. MindBacklog never reads your code.

  • Not used for training

Your data is never used to train AI models. Learning across customers is off.

Your first pack takes one feature.

Add the feature, link the feedback behind it, and pull the pack.
