Organization Settings
How to get there: Open Settings (gear icon) in the sidebar footer, then choose Organization Settings.
- Name — Update your organization's display name
- Users — View, invite, remove, and manage member roles
- Billing — Manage subscription, payment method, invoices
Plans & Pricing
MindBacklog offers three plans — Starter, Growth, and Scale — each with increasing limits for seats, products, AI credits, and channel refresh frequency. For complete plan details and current pricing, visit our Pricing page.
Founding Members receive 50% off any plan, locked in for life. This discount is applied at the organization level and carries through plan upgrades/downgrades.
Billing Management
Access billing from Settings → Billing:
- Current Plan — View your active plan and feature limits
- Payment Method — Update your card through the secure Stripe portal
- Invoices — View and download past invoices
- Cancel/Resume — Cancel your subscription (active until period ends) or resume a cancelled subscription
How to Upgrade or Downgrade
Go to Settings → Billing
Click the "Change Plan" or "Upgrade" button.
Select New Plan
Choose your new plan tier. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Seat Management
Each plan includes a set number of seats — see the Pricing page for details. Our pricing is per seat, so adding more seats costs the same per-seat rate as your current plan. Seats are managed from the Users page (Settings → Users).
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the current billing period ends. After that, you'll lose access to premium features but your data is preserved. You can resume at any time.
