Best Practice

Always review AI-generated content before saving. The AI produces high-quality first drafts, but they are first drafts. Add your domain expertise, adjust priorities, and refine acceptance criteria.

AI Priority Score

The AI Priority Score is calculated based on:

  • Signal strength — number and quality of linked customer signals
  • Strategic alignment — how well the feature maps to your OKRs
  • Feature completeness — how well-defined the description is
  • Signal sentiment — overall tone of linked feedback

Features with higher scores have stronger evidence supporting their priority. This replaces gut-feel prioritization with quantified evidence.

Dependencies

Features can have dependency relationships:

  • "Blocked by" — this feature cannot start until the other is complete
  • "Blocking" — this feature must complete before the other can start

Dependencies are displayed on the detail page and the Roadmap Timeline view helps you spot conflicts where features are scheduled before their blockers are resolved.
