Notifications — Stay Informed
Notification Bell
In the top header of every page, there's a bell icon. When you have unseen notifications, a badge shows the count of new unread notifications.
Dropdown
Click the bell to open the dropdown showing your most recent notifications (up to 15). Each entry shows:
- Actor's name and initials (or "System" for automated notifications)
- Description of what happened
- Type icon for the event
- Relative timestamp (e.g., "2 hours ago")
Opening the dropdown automatically marks all visible notifications as "seen" (the badge count clears). Clicking a specific notification marks it as "read" and navigates you to the relevant page.
Notification Types
- Feature status changes
- Ownership assignments
- New comments or discussions on features you're involved with
- System-level alerts
Two-Level Tracking

This ensures you don't miss important updates even after clearing the badge.
Full Notifications Page
For a complete history, navigate to the full Notifications page. Shows all notifications from the last 30 days in chronological order. Use "Mark All Read" to clear everything at once.
